
Aftercare Advice
Please see below for general aftercare advice

Relax
Wherever possible make time to relax post massage;
this allows the body time to effectively heal.

Caffeine
Please reduce your caffeine intake (coffee, tea, cola ect) as it is a stimulant and therefore will not aid the body in the relaxation process.

Make a Note
Please take a note of effects post massage, both positive and less so such as; heightened emotions, increased mucus and dizziness for future appointments to ensure I give you the best treatment.

Food Intake
Eating smaller meal portions temporarily can help reduce the demand on the digestive system allowing energy to be used elsewhere in the healing process.

Hydrate
Ensure to drink plenty of water, this supports in aiding healing within the body.

Alcohol
Please avoid alcohol for 24 hours post treatment as this massage can be detoxifying, and alcohol will reintroduce toxins. If a smoker the same applies.
